Livtools: Tools for estimating and simulating livestock productions in tropical extensive farming systems

Livestock populations represent a major economic value for many tropical developing countries. Methods and tools for evaluating the impact of development projects or shocks (like drought or outbreaks) on the livestock dynamics and production are helpful to better target strategies for improving economic situation of livestock smallholders.
This Website provides methodological materials on the estimation and the simulation of the livestock herds performances in tropical farming systems.
